CROSTY is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Client Advisor. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an entry level position, someone who is passionate about fashion and the vision of our brand.

Job purpose
To be an “ambassador” who conveys the philosophy and values of the brand. Deliver an extraordinary customer experience to maximize sales performance and strengthen client relationships to build their brand loyalty and guide them into our world.
Responsibilities
- Provide qualified services to customers in accordance with the company’s standards
- Provide customers with comprehensive information about the products, their characteristics and the differences between them
- Inspection of the product selected by the customer
- Familiarizing customers with the warranty conditions
- Manage enquiries or complaints from customers
- Complete knowledge of the company and products
- VM – maintaining visual standards
- Responsibility for opening/closing the store (if needed)
- Control of the visual side of the store
- Necessary and accurate use of the POS system
- Personal Sales Goal – execution of store and individual sales plan
- Adherence to the CROSTY dress code (professional appearance and standards)
- Adherence to LP (Loss Prevention) standards
- Follow all health and safety instructions
- Fulfilling the instructions and tasks of the employer / immediate supervisor / other superiors
Qualifications
- Interest in CROSTY brand values and philosophy
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Languages: Georgian (Fluent) and English (Good)
