CROSTY is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion and the vision of our brand.


  • Day-to-day scheduling, management and execution of all social content and email campaigns going live, keeping to schedule and seamlessly in line with content plans
  • Writing all copy (Georgian, English) for CROSTY’s social channels, delivering clever and engaging copy across for existing and new target audiences, including Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp and Twitter
  • Expanding into other platforms if organic and necessary (ex: TikTok)
  • Ensure brand consistency in content, copy, tone of voice and relevancy
  • Have a forward-thinking mindset and be reactive to social trends, be proactive in bringing ideas for social posts
  • Work with various departments such as e-Commerce, Digital Advertising, making visual content recommendations based on their needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with the Content team to ensure a high quality of brand consistency for social media, web landscape, and additional market platforms
  • Managing and developing new ideas to grow our community with our social following and with our influencer and guest collaborators throughout campaigns and beyond
  • Stay up to date on relevant fashion and social media trends, ideate original and innovative concepts for social media channels
  • Using social media tools to track performance, create reports and share actionable insights with the rest of the team


  • Interest in CROSTY brand values and philosophy
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Languages: Georgian (Fluent) and English (Advanced)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of office softwares
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp is preferred)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)
