Entries may be deemed void if CROSTY determines in its sole discretion that

1. Entries are submitted from different email accounts in excess of the stated limitation.
2. Entries are generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means that subvert the entry process.
3. Entry has been unsubscribed during the Promotion Period.
4. Entry violates any law or
5. Spirit of the Giveaway.

CROSTY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Giveaway, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, counterfeiting, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of this Giveaway.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the CROSTY as final and binding as it relates to the content. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to CROSTY.

4. DRAWING

Six winners. will be randomly selected on or around December 11, 2023, from all eligible entries. CROSTY, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters, will determine winners. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by the CROSTY via direct message. Failure to respond to the notification of winning within the specified time period in the notification, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, the inability to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, at CROSTY’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected in a follow-up drawing.

Prize consists of only the items specifically listed above. CROSTY reserves the right to substitute prize(s) (or a portion thereof) of equal or greater value. If winner does not want the prize, CROSTY reserves the right to select an alternate winner in a follow-up drawing or not select an alternate winner at all.

Each Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Each Prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

6. PUBLICITY

Prize winners consent to the use of their names, photographs, likenesses and limited biographical information for publicity or advertising purposes by CROSTY without further compensation or permission.

7. GENERAL RULES

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CROSTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AS DETERMINED IN CROSTY’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
